Stats

What it does

Stats is the league's analytics view — a dashboard of season-wide and personal numbers. A League view ranks everyone across a set of metrics; a My Stats view drills into your own season — your scoring trends, the courses you play best, and your fines. It turns a season of rounds into charts and leaderboards you can actually read.

How it works

  1. Open the League Dashboard and use the toggle to switch between League and My Stats.
  2. League view stacks the season's leaderboards: standings (top 10), average points, top-three finishes and wins, a title-race line chart, fine leaders, and player commitment.
  3. My Stats view drills into one player — you. It opens with a season card (rank, points, best and worst scores, balance), then a points-and- rank trajectory, a net-score trend, your average net by course, your format breakdown, and an itemised fines log.
  4. Pick yourself first. My Stats needs to know which member you are in the league; until then it invites you to select yourself.

Key details

  • Two views, one screen. League ranks everyone; My Stats is your personal breakdown.
  • League metrics include standings, average points, top-three finishes, wins, the title race over time, fine leaders with the league's total in fines, and player commitment (rounds played).
  • Personal metrics include your points-and-rank trajectory, a net-score trend with low, average, and high, your average net per course (and where you're strongest), your split of Stableford versus stroke rounds, and a fines log.
  • Fines show as figures. Your own fines log itemises what you were fined for and how often; fine reasons never appear on shared or public summaries.
  • Consistent everywhere. Your figures here line up with your standings position and your member profile across the app.
  • Clear empty states. The screen tells you plainly when there are no rounds yet, or when you haven't been matched to a member.

Technical notes

Built with Flutter/Dart. Stats read the league's rounds, season settings, and finances from Firestore and present them as ranked lists and charts. The figures are consistent with your standings and member profile elsewhere in the app, and the screen works in both dark and light themes.

  • Scoring Engine — produces the scores and points the stats summarise.
  • Standings — the ranked table the League view expands on.
  • The Ledger — the source of the fines figures shown here.
  • Home Dashboard — opens this league dashboard for a deeper look.
