Getting in touch¶

Email support@thecomp.app with any question about the app, your account, or a league you belong to. We reply within 2 business days.

It helps to include the name of your league and the email address on your account, so we can find the right records quickly.

If you see something in thecomp that should not be there, report it and we will look at it.

What you can report. A member's name, profile photo, or league content that is offensive, impersonating, or abusive.
How to report it. Email support@thecomp.app with "Report" in the subject. Tell us which league it is in and what you saw.
What happens next. Reports are reviewed and acted on within 24 hours.

We may remove content or suspend accounts that breach the Terms of Service.

To report a security vulnerability, email security@thecomp.app. Our disclosure details are published in our security.txt.
